Take the fear out of cooking!

Our "Introduction to..." series will give you a chance to try many of the different goodies available at Talin Market.  If you've ever wondered what to do with all the great international products you see on the shelves, these courses are for you!

They'll start with a quick tour of the Market, concentrating on the theme products.  Then we'll cover the basics, and show you how to use the products in delicious recipes.

Unpretentious and informal, these classes will give you first-hand experience with a whole world of products.  Although the classes are designed for beginners, more advanced cooks will appreciate the opportunity to learn new recipes and try different varieties of the theme products.
